Monumental Gestures is collaborating with Visit Indy to develop a framework for transforming the White River as it flows through downtown Indianapolis into a defining civic and cultural destination.

This work brings together art, design, and community engagement to imagine a connected, cohesive riverfront experience that is meaningful to residents and compelling to visitors.
